sdmTMB - Spatial and Spatiotemporal SPDE-Based GLMMs with 'TMB'
Implements spatial and spatiotemporal GLMMs (Generalized Linear Mixed Effect Models) using 'TMB', 'fmesher', and the SPDE (Stochastic Partial Differential Equation) Gaussian Markov random field approximation to Gaussian random fields.
